Vintage McDonald’s Happy Meal Gal baby doll by Hasbro

I believe this doll was featured in one of the later Christmas Wish Book catalogues in the US but otherwise may not be well remembered. She came with a small play happy meal of her own, now long lost. Otherwise pretty good condition- hair has been conditioned and I got most of her marks off but cannot seem to get what looks like permanent marker off her arms and foot as shown. Approx 13” tall, hard plastic.
